Shipping Policy

We strive to ship within 3-5 business days of receiving the order. 

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone. 

 

Tracking

Once the order is processed and scanned you will receive an email with your tracking number.

When the carrier receives your package and scans it the tracking number info will be updated. (Please allow 24 hours)

 

Delivered but not received:

If tracking information confirms that the item has been delivered to the shipping address for your order, but you have not received your products, please contact the carrier (USPS or UPS) directly in order to investigate this issue. We cannot be held accountable for packages where tracking information states the package has been delivered to your shipping address. 

 

Orders was sent back to us:

Orders that have been undelivered address will be sent back to us. If we receive your order back we will contact you for a address update.

Once the order is reshipped out you will receive a new tracking number.

 

Address Correction:

If you need an address correction, please contact customer support with your name and order confirmation and a small description.
